‘The Gray Man’ is returning with Ryan Gosling and Spinoff Film on Netflix
The Streaming Giant ‘Netflix’ is planning to return for the sequel of CIA thriller web series “The Gray Man”.
Days after streaming super hit $200 million-budgeted CIA thriller web series on Netflix, it announced for its planning to expand the series with a sequel and a spinoff, both of which are currently in development.
The webseries “The Gray Man”, along with the Ryan Gosling and directors Joe and Anthony Russo is set to return for the sequel on Netflix. Story co-writer Stephen McFeely, whose ex-projects are “Avengers: Endgame” and “Captain America: Civil War,” is writing the screenplay. The Russos and AGBO’s Mike Larocca will produce along with Joe Roth and Jeffrey Kirschenbaum for Roth Kirschenbaum Films.
“The audience reaction to ‘The Gray Man’ has been nothing short of phenomenal. We are so appreciative of the enthusiasm that fans across the world have had for this film,” Joe said in a statement.
“With so many amazing characters in the movie, we had always intended for ‘The Gray Man’ to be part of an expanded universe, and we are thrilled that Netflix is announcing a sequel with Ryan, as well as a second script that we’re excited to talk about soon.” Anthony Russo made a statement for this hit story.
Variety’s Peter Debruge also praised “The Gray Man” as a “Bond-level summer blockbuster.”
