Google launched Pixel Buds Pro alongside Google Pixel 6a in India

Google has launched its much-awaited Google Pixel 6a and Pixel Buds Pro in India. Both the devices will be available on Flipkart from 28th July 2022. The earbuds will be available for sale in 4 color variants- Charcoal, Coral, Fog, and Lemongrass color at a decent price of Rs. 19,990. 

Google’s first wireless Pixel buds with active noise cancellation are available for pre-order on the Google store. 

The highlights of Google Pixel Buds Pro:

• IPX4 water-resistant build
• Lightweight in-ear design
• Up to 11 hours of music playback (7 hours with active noise cancellation turned on) 
• Silent Seal to adapt to the user’s ear and further enhance the active noise cancellation
• Ability to automatically switch between two devices
• The earbuds are equipped with 11mm drivers powered
• An inbuilt 6-core audio chip that runs Google-developed algorithms
• Transparency mode to let users hear ambient sound
• Support USB Type-C as well as Qi wireless charging
• Multipoint connectivity that allows pairing with multiple devices.

One of the bizarre features is that Google Pixel Buds Pro only has Bluetooth v5.0 connectivity which is kind of outdated when you see that even basic earphones costing approximately $25 are featuring Bluetooth v5.2.
